Our Founder
Darrell Er is the Founder & CEO of Talent Pod Asia. With a strong passion for education and people development, he founded OVERMUGGED, a rapidly growing education venture which, since 2018, has served over 4,000 students annually and built strong education and business networks across Southeast Asia.
