Our Founder

Darrell Er is the Founder & CEO of Talent Pod Asia. With a strong passion for education and people development, he founded OVERMUGGED, a rapidly growing education venture which, since 2018, has served over 4,000 students annually and built strong education and business networks across Southeast Asia. He has since built a reputation for revolutionising learning and fostering thriving team cultures.

Darrell has deep ties with Singapore’s academic community and network of SME founders. Under his leadership, Talent Pod Asia combines rigorous professional standards with a personal touch—because people aren’t just “placements,” they’re the future of our region.
